Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide, with standard and express shipping available. Local delivery is also available to selected Gold Coast and Brisbane areas. Enter your address at checkout to see if local delivery is available for your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Eligible local delivery orders will be delivered within 48 hours of your order being placed. Please view our Shipping Policy for further information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. For local delivery orders, you’ll receive updates about your delivery instead.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once assessed, we’ll arrange a replacement, subject to availability. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.
Can’t find the Mystery Colouring Book you’re looking for?
Hachette Heroes is the publisher behind the Mystery Colouring Book series. These books can be difficult to source in Australia, which means the titles we’re able to stock may be limited. We do our best to offer the most popular titles, but if there’s a particular book or series you’re looking for, please get in touch! We’ll happily check whether we can source it for you, although availability cannot be guaranteed.
